Hello Everyone! I am new to the List....again! Does anyone have info that they will share with me on John Daniel Smith and his wife, Elizabeth Cockrell (Thomason)? They were the parents of two known daughters and one known son. One daughter, Laura Enora Smith, was born 6 Nov. 1870 in Pickens Co., AL and died Sept. 24, 1958 in Victoria, Victoria Co., TX. She married #2. William Robert Smith in Victoria. Enora's children were: Rupert, Edgar, Alice, Thomas Edison, Josie and Winnie Smith. (Enora md. #1. Sterling Stephen Smith.
