I just saw your post on the Pickens page, re Peter Williams. I do not know whether he was in my line or not, but I am looking for four Williams brothers who moved to Pickens about 1823 and following, from Georgia, as far as I know. Peter could have been the father. One of the sons was named Elijah, but one problem I have with this is that I have no record that Elijah named a son Elijah. I do know that our Elijah moved to Texas.
