Al on the 1860 Census as William Cross and Anna with the same children as he had in Marion Co. Al. 1850 census, so he changed his name from the first name or middle name to the other part of his name in Franklin Co. Census.now we are able to trace him back to John Cross who died in 1730. in Va. Buddy Jackson
