He died on August 25, 1869 after returning home from the Civil War. He served with the 41st Alabama Infantry. I do not know who his parents were. In the 1860 Census for Perry County (Brush Creek Beat), he is shown to be 41 years old and having been born in South Carolina. Can you connect? Larry
