My grandmother was Leila Pitts married John Ruben Wesley Nichols - we have a Pitts book and we gather every other year in Marion.The next gathering will be in 2005. (We just met in July) If you will email me your mailing address I will send you a copy. I had several copies made. I do recall the names you mentioned, but I am presently at my office and my book is at home. We, I believe, are all descended from John Pitts who came to Marion from Newberry SC.
