I am researching Lucinda Wright Davis. I am looking for proof that Lucinda was the daughter of John Wright who is listed in the 1840 census of Perry County, Alabama. I am attempting to do an DAR application on the Wright/Griffin/Stovall lines. This is the only generation that I can't prove. I would appreciate any input. John Wright moved to Union Parrish, LA prior to the 1850 census. In the 1860 census of Union Parrish, LA John Wright was living next door to John B. Davis, the son of Lucinda Wright and Anderson B. Davis. Thanks for any input.
