Hi Faye, Do you (or anyone else on the list) know anything about Carter Tubb? He was born in TN according to the census. Married Pauline Jaggers in Perry Co., AL in 1840 and was the father of Nancy Tubb, my gg grandmother, and 12 others (2 were from his second wife, Cyeena Sims). Carter Tubb is buried at Sardis in Perry Co., his daughter Nancy was born in Perry Co., lived in N. Perry and is buried at Pleasant Valley in Hale Co with her husband William Henry Sims.
