Hello, Bibb and Perry County seekers. I visited in the two Countys' archives, at the Probate Judge's office, earlier, this month, and was able to fiind some extremely valuable data, concerening my DUKE family people who lived in Bibb and Perry in the mid-1800's. I was also privileged to meet face to face with KPAT and HERMAN, two local and very helpful genealogy students from whom I have received much helpful advice!! I want to take this opportunity to thank those two, and the other kind folks on this list, for the many times in which they have been of assistance. In days to come, when the new material can be properly displayed, I will do so, for the benefit of others of the DUKE family who may still need this info. The processing of the details is now being done, and I will not delay unduly, in getting the info to all. I seldom see flowers thrown, on these Rootsweb lists, so I thought that I would throw a few at KPAT and at HERMAN, hoping that some of the blooms will fall on each of the others who is due them!!
