Mary Edmonds, b 1804 Wilkes Co, Ga d. before Nov 1879 in Union Parrish, La, married Joseph M. Heard on March 3, 1824. Joseph M was born 1801 in Wilkes Co, GA to Joseph Heard and Jane/Jean Anderson and he died in Union Parish, La on 31 Dec 1859. Both Joseph M and Mary are supposedly buried in the Shiloh Cemetery, Union Parish, Louisiana. They had seven known children. He was the elder brother to my great grandfather.
