Thank you VERY much.good to hear from you.Why cant I find the name of Ellens mother and Ellens grandmother?My mother(Mattie Hughey)tried to find records of this as long as she lived. Mom said grandpa George told her after Ellen died that he wrote to her family to inform them of her death and received an awfuf letter back,said it went to the wrong family,said he guessed it best to let it go.Mom was 18 years old and I know she told the truth about this as she searched the rest of her life.It seems I am doing likewise!
