Linda I forgot to mention that Ellen Brazier was 1/2 Cherokee Indian .I have a picture of her and she was very pretty.Mom said,James Brazier her uncle and Ellens mother came into Perry Co. when Ellen was 5 yrs of age,she remembered crossing Yellow Creek.I found this in Baker-Chilton co..I have been told that Rebecca Brazier was Ellens mother.Marys name was Mary Elizabeth.who married Tom Duncan.We have been to the courthouse in Columbiana searching and found nothing.In 1855 when Ellen was born was was during the time the Indians were being moved so maybe that had something to do with records lost.
