Nixon. I have been to the Fellowship Cemetery near Marion and have seen the headstones for John Boyd and Chellie Nixon Boyd. Her tombstone states that she is John Boyd's second wife. Is Nixon her maiden name? where does the Mixon Come in? Could she have been Chellie Mixon Nixon? Could she have been married to a Nixon first? On my father's paternal side, I have a Chellie Nixon who married Joseph P. Walton. Her grandchildren talked about their grandma Boyd. This was all in the same general geographic location.
