I would love to see photo and a copy of the family tree from the Bible of Rev. James Edward McClurkin. And I would be glad to share the photos I have of the McClurkins, some going back to Ireland before they came over to America. You can e-mail me your address and I will be glad to share. We do have record of James E. McClurkin killed in Battle of Vicksburg 1864. James married Amanda Owen ca 1860. Amanda later married 2nd time Richard L. Gallatin. We do not have record of James E. & Amanda having children. You have got some information we do not have. This is very interesting. The McClurkin Family is a very thoughtful and caring family.
