    2. The Kynerd place in Perry County, Alabama is on Fikes Ferry Road about four miles east of Marion. According to one cousine who recently visited there the cemetary is gone and there is nothing left but the arch that says, "Kynerd Family Cemetaery." All the headstones and the monument are gone and cows are grazing there! Such a shame! The family homestead still exists though and has been restored. Maybe someone out there has a cemetery list.

    3. Does anyone on this list have any information about the Thompson of Perry Co. I know that the house at 112 Thompson St. used to be owned by them and then was "purchased" by the Barrons. Trying to find any original information for the property and its owners over the past 150 years. The house on the property looks as if it could have been a plantation home. Any help or info is greatly appreciated. Ingrid usmarsh@rcn.com
