    1. [ALMORGAN] AMERSON (AMASON)/BREEDING (BREDLOVE), MCDONALD
    2. Hope someone can help me with this. Looking for information about the following: Nancy Breedin (Breeding, Bredlove or Bredlow) who married John Gilmore Amerson Born about 1833 Alabama (per 1860 Marion Co. Ala census) Died before July 1865 (per Guardianship papers of Blount., Ala making Amos Young Amerson guardian for John B. and Benjamin Gilmore Amerson. Amos was my great grandfather and brother to John Gilmore Amerson thought to have been killed in the Civil War). Two years later their Grandmother Elizabeth McDonald Amerson became their guardian in Morgan Co., Ala. About that time John's land and possessions were sold in Morgan Co. Land in Blount Co., was sold before that 1867. John and Nancy were married 23 September 1857 Morgan Co., ALA (but I have also seen it Blount Co., Alabama) John's Mother and father were Benjamin Jasper and Elizabeth McDonald Amerson. Found in Elizabeth McDonald Amerson's Bible was a piece of papers saying "In the Elizabeth McDonald Amerson's BIBLE a note appears "Baptist Church of Christ - Mt. Pisqah -- release order for Nancy Amerson - dated - 3rd Sabbath July 1858". Would even be happy to know anything about "Baptist Church of Christ-Mt. Pisqah". Been searching this for about eight years, Even at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. It is known that John had a first wife Orlena. John had land in Blount Co. and in Morgan Co., Ala. In 1860 John, Nancy and sons John B (thought by family to be Bredlow) and Benjamin Gilmore Amerson in Marion Co., Ala. I would be ever so happy to finally find out this information not only for myself and the Amerson family, but for John B's grandson who is 85 and has been searching for information for years.
