Jeremiah H. Cloud married Sarah/Sally in Morgan County in 1820 and is listed as Justice of the Peace of "Decatur." The context would suggest "Decatur County", but geography suggest that it might have been the community that became the City of Decatur. Anyone have ideas about that?
