    3. Is anyone researching the Ballew family? I am trying to discover what happened to Martha Eliabeth Ballew, widow of Isaac Vincent. They were living in Cass / Bartow Co. GA. through the 1860 census then Margaret Elizabeth Ballew-Vincent & her children dissapear. The children are found getting married in 1874, Morgan Co. AL. They were: Isaac Church Vincent m. Altha Sammons Alsey Milton Vincent m. Martha Sammons Julia Ann Vincent m. James S. Taylor Alsey Milton Vincent may have married a second time to Uva Ward.     3. There is a Burleson Family Reunion going on here in Decatur Alabama this weekend! Tonight at the Holiday Inn, in Decatur Alabama, at 5:30 PM is a reception and then there is a dinner at 7:00 PM. The Holiday Inn is located off of Highway 31 close to the Tennessee River Bridge in Decatur AL. Tomorrow, Saturday, March 31, everyone is to meet at 9:30 at the Holiday Inn and there will be a tour of the Old Bank Building and the grounds of the old Burleson Hinds McEntire House. At 2:30 PM, everyone is to meet back at Hoiday Inn in the lobby to go to the old Westview Home at Hartselle for a tour of that and then on to a Barbeque supper at the Southtrust Bank building in Hartselle Alabama. You can call the Holiday Inn here and ask for Nancy McCoy for further details, or email me, at paulahurst@gateway.net and I will try to help. You just have to be a Burleson descendent to participate.
