I have updated my home page with Dailey's Malitia -- Home Guard from Monroe Co. Ala. along with all of the Middletons listed in the ADAH's "Confederate Service Record" microfilm. Seeing that your grandfathers and uncles were in their mid-teens or late 50's and going to join the Home Guard -- and most of them without even a gun -- makes much of the daily complaints plain for the petty things that they are.
