Hi listers, The censuses are composed of various schedules. There was the regular enumeration which we are all accustomed to reading. Then there were slave schedules where those who held slaves were enumerated with the number of slaves owned etc. Unfortunately, for those who would like to have or perhaps need the information, the individual slaves were not named. There were also manufacturing and/or agricultural schedules. The latter somewhat depended on the section of the country in which one lived. [I hope that this does not contain any misinformation as I have written it off the top of my head.] If any of you would like further information, I'll be happy to consult some of my printed sources.
