Gail, The only JAMES MONIAC, I found was James P. Moniac(b. 1843 in Alabama) (this was on the International Marriage record cd) he has two records, but no dates. Hope this helps a little. First one: he married Mary Moniac b. 1860 second: Mary Ann Williams, b. 1865
