No one has said anyone had a hard time in the courthouse getting information and letting them copy it.. They are very kind and help if they can and are not busy with their own work, they are not staffed to do long lookups but they will show you were to look and where everything is..I go often.. What the statement was is...... The records were not copied by the LDS for their records because it is not allowed by this courthouse... and in some counties they do and others don't... that is the reason some people don't even know they had family in Monroe county.
