The LDS does have some Monroe County marriage records already. They had a copy of my Thomas Daniel and Christiana Stabler on file, I have ordered from my local LDS office 3 films, that have information about my Monroe Cty Harris & Sizemore's. LDS does have some records. But, no that don't have them all, I don't know that they have ALL the records from any county. Deb Tha was not the statement...I said the LDS was not permitted to photograph the records..id the reason a lot of Monroe Co records are not in their records.
