"The Judge in Monroe County will not let them photo the records here.. and we have from 1833 til present in the record room" Hi...I think we all need to write Otha Lee Biggs, the Probate Judge, and explain to him how important these records are to all of us. The LDS team, I understand, was not permitted to copy the records and that is why, I think, very little about families in Monroe County is found in the LDS libraries.It would be so great if the MC records were on line, too.
