Dear RevJane, My Lassiter is Susanna Lassiter born in Dobbs County, North Carolina December 31, 1785. She married James Wiggins. James acquired land in Morgan County Alabama and they migrated there. This would be my ggg granparents. Susanna's father's name was Stephan Lassiter. Please let me know if this sounds familiar at all to you!
