To J. Mathis: Please let me know the location of the Slaughter Cemetery south of Purdue Hill. I have not been researching Slaughters, but have several Slaughter first cousins and am compiling information for them when they become interested. I am researching Embree, Smith, McDonald, Bates, McMillan, Weekley-Jones. My wife is researching Chunn, Lambert, Greer, Hodges. I found what is told me to be a Slaughter Cemetery west of Highway 59 between Tensas and Pine Log Creek this fall, but without any grave markers.
