Sophia Louisa Medlock married James J. Ray in Monroe County and he died there in 1858. The following census showed Sophia Louisa Ray living with her son, Benjamin Franklin Ray with an address of Denards Bluff. Since James Ray is the only one I have located so far in the Perdue Hill, Monroe county cemeteries, I
