I believe you will find that James Daniel Carnley was from Holmes County, FL. May I suggest that you go to www.carnley.org or Sam Carnley's site at www.carnley.com and post a query. The Carnleys in Monroe were descended from Jeremiah Carnley. William Harvey Carnley married Martha Ann Stacey and his half brother, Milton Carnley, married Sarah Jane Stacey. The Stacey were were sisters. All of these familioes removed to the Flomaton, AL. area and are buried at Carnley Cemetery in Santa Rosa County, FL.
