Need some help, if you have Monroe Co info (Kay, are you there?). Looking for info on Menan Coleman and wife, Argent Jackson Coleman. Were in Monroe Co early 1800s -- Old Salem Baptist Church, then moved to a new church, and then on to Conecuh Co. It is thought (but not verified) that they died in the 1840s pneumonia epidemic in Conecuh -- perhaps they were taken back to Monroe for burial? (A Piney Coleman married the minister of that new church in Monroe -- and she may have been their daughter, and perhaps took her folks back home for burial?) Have searched Conecuh cemetery records and Escambia Co, AL records. Cannot find them, but they could be in unmarked graves or on private property. Any help would be appreciated! Faye
