I'm supposed to have ancestors interred in what my family told me was the Pineville Road Cemetery. However, after searching through the USGen Web Archives Project for Monroe County cemeteries, there is no listing for a Pineville Road Cemetery. My ancestors aren't among those listed in the Pineville Cemetery. My ancestors are Elizabeth A. Dorriety Lee (Bettie) and Jeremiah W. Lee. Any help will be greatly appreicated. [email protected] ==== ALMONROE Mailing List ==== **** You know you are taking genealogy too seriously when your house leans slightly toward the side where your genealogical records are stored! Monroe County, ALGenWeb http://www.rootsweb.com/~almonroe Listowner Carolyn Golowka at [email protected] I know for a fact that there are at least four Pineville cemeteries in Monroe County. I ran across them last Spring. There is one north of Pineville, a Pineville Baptist, and a Pineville Methodist. The fourth is the Pineville Cemetery in Monroeville. This last one seems to be a part of a 3-part cemetery. The other parts are the Hillcrest Cemetery and the Baptist Cemetery. They are located on the road to Pineville in Monroeville. Unfortunately, I can't help you with your ancestors, the Lees. Regards, Benard Hendrix
