Sir, I have Recd a letter from the Sheriff of Perry County stating that he has got two negroes in the words as follows: Marion March 10th 1832 Dear Sir I have got two likely negrom taken as the property of Samuel Dale to Satisfy an Execution in favor of Jesse Mosely vs. Sam Dale issued from the Circuit Court Monroe County, but could not get the property in time to make the money as I had to get it out of the State of Mississippi and that with much difficulty that I could get them at all I have retained the fifa if Dale should apply for a settlement to- Settle with him and Sent for another & will return them both together the property is claimed by James Dale I think they will try to stop the sale I want you or your attorney to come and endemnify me the sale is the first monday of April next. sined Sebourn Aycock Shff Sir I wish you to do what you think best, if you think it will be necessary for you to attend, I wish you to do so if not, to state to me what you wish me to do, the situation of the case you ar acquainted with, the property no doubt is Samuel Dales, for James Dale has not sinse anough to Know an Execution when he sees it.
