Hello Freda, DABF is correct (once again). The name was changed from Simpkinsville to Old Texas. The USGS maps show them in slightly different locations, probably due to minor changes in where the major road, store, and P. O. were at the time. I think the Bethlehem Church and Cemetery are real closs to where the USGS has Simpkinsville.
