Greetings: As some of you already know, my husband, David Panske passed away in 2003. Luther Phillips wife passed away exactly one month after David after a long illness. Luther and I and our families have been friends for some 55 + years, so in 2004 Luther and I were married. We have been sharing time between my home in Chaparral and his here in Carlsbad, NM. We have come to the conclusion that it makes more sense to live here in the smaller home , which is in a senior village and has maintenance done for us as well as close by medical help, so we have my home in Chaparral for sale.
