I had not purchased the book after learning that many names beginning with W were left out and three of my main lines are Wiggins, Walker, and Wallace. Was excited to see they were working on an addendum but wondered how they could possibly justify an additional charge since they were presented with all information to begin with. I doubt it will do any good but think an email from all who have or would have purchased the book if complete couldn't hurt.
