    3. Pat, not too sure if there was one for 1900. If there is one, don't think it will be the same information I just happened on the indian census many years ago while at the Washington Public Library, in Macon, Ga. it was at the end of one of the microfilm reels. I went to look for it a couple of years ago and i couldn't find it. I sorta wonder why they took time to issue a special indian census for Monroe Co. and not for the rest of the state. surely there were more in other counties i was once told there was less than 200 indians in the state of ala. after the "Trail of Tears". millard >From: "Pat Opachick" <pensacola@mindspring.com> >Reply-To: ALMONROE-L@rootsweb.com >To: ALMONROE-L@rootsweb.com >Subject: [ALMONROE-L] 1900 special census >Date: Tue, 28 Mar 2000 22:18:03 -0500 > >Does anyone know if in fact there was a special 1900 Indian census and a >1910 Indian population census of Monroe county alabama?
