THIS CENSUS SHOWS SHE LIVES TWO HOUSES AWAY FROM DR. RICHARD AND CHRISTIANA (ENGLISH) MAIBEN. SINCE DR. RICHARD MAIBEN OWNED MANY ACRES AROUND HIS HOME, IT WOULD BE A GOOD GUESS SHE IS LIVING ON HIS LAND IN 1880. In the will of Jonathan English, Christiana English Maiben's father, he writes, "And whereas having given to my daughter Christianna Mayben what I believe to be a just proportion of my whole estate, to wit, two negroes Harry and Jenny with their increase, it is not my desire that my said daughter Christianna Mayben Shall take any part of my above mentioned Estate unless in the event of the death of my other children..."
