How far is Old Scotland be from Beatrice? Does anyone have any info. about the families in these areas? What about the Old Scotland Presbyterian Church and its members? Hugh had land patents in Monroe Cty... but I haven't been able to locate him on a census. However, there's a Daniel, Thomas, and a John Chisholm who all owned land in Monroe County and they ARE listed on the 1840 census. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
