The Thomas Deens I'm looking at was enumerated in Conecuh County in 1830 and 1840, but unlike his cousins, was enumerated (twice!) in 1850 MONROE County. If 11E is in Monroe County, then I am fairly certain that this is the ancestor I am tracing. You mention a cemetery. Does anyone know if there are transcripts of cemeteries in Monroe and Conecuh counties available? A large part of my 1850 DEAN/DEEN family is missing by 1860 and I am guessing that several family members died, possibly of yellow fever. Thanks again and best regards, Amy. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to ALMONROE-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message Try: _http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/al/monroe/cemetery.htm_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/al/monroe/cemetery.htm) for Monroe Co and try: _http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/al/conecuh/cemetery.htm_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/al/conecuh/cemetery.htm) for Conecuh Co.
