This is quoted in full from another list: I received the following email which noted a proposed large increase in fees from the National Archives and Records Administration (effective THIS September). The biggest change will be in the military pension records. We will no longer be able to request just 20 pages or so for $10. We will HAVE to pay for the WHOLE file and it will cost $40 !!
