The e-mail I saw said the book would be $30.00 plus $2.40 tax. Shipping was not mentioned. Monroe County is not the only one. I believe the sale starts Nov. 1st. I received a copy a couple years ago and it was not very well done. Some of the information I sent that was printed had things left out and there were other things done wrong that I can't recall now without looking for the book. I was very disappointed.
