I see from the current messages that Mobile AL. had city directories in the 1800's. My great grandfather Patrick Hart settled in Mobile around 1860. and I believe his 4 children (Including my grandfather- Thomas M Hart) were born in Mobile between 1865 and 1872. We don't know our great grandmothers given or maiden names Does anyone have access to these old directories and be willing to look Patrick Hart up for me? Possibly the war interrupted the publication but I would be most appreciative of any help Thank you, Frank A Hart
