His children were Anne, Zoria (Zonia?), George W., Adelle, Charles W., Benjamin Franklin;, Jamesy David, Elizabeth, and Moses. Many of his descendants are in the 1900-1930 Mobile County censuses. Nathaniel was a brother of my gggf Benjamin M. Raley who was born 1818 in Washington County, Georgia.
