Here's another Laurendine-Weeks connection triggered by the name Remy. Simon Weeks (b. 28 Oct. 1840) married Clementine Laurendine (b. Oct 1845) on April 24, 1867 in Mobile. They had 3 children: Charles P. Weeks (b. 1869), Mary Esther Weeks (b. 1 Jan. 1870), Antonio Weeks (b. 17 Jan. 1872) and Camilla C. Weeks (b. July 1873). Camilla married William Remy on 25 April 1893 and they had 2 sons: John Ramey (1894) and Charles William Remy 1897. I have no further info on them. But William Remy, who wed Camilla Weeks had the following siblings: Alice (1859), John (1861), Francis (1864), William (1866), Mary (1869) and Robert E. Remy (1871).
