Have found them on census records as follows: 1. Thomas (b 1790 FL) - 1830 Baldwin Co, AL 1840 Baldwin Co, AL 1850 Baldwin Co, AL 1860 Baldwin Co, AL Thomas was married to Hannah. 2. Patrick Byrne (b 1796 FL) once Probate Judge in Baldwin County - 1830 Baldwin Co, AL 1840 Baldwin Co, AL 1850 Baldwin Co, AL 1860 Baldwin Co, AL 1880 Mobile Co, AL (listed as father-in-law - haven't looked at this image yet) Patrick was married to Catherine R Caperton 1 Feb 1816 in Mobile Co, AL. (2nd marriage for her as AL Marriages to 1825 lists her as Mrs). 3. Gerald Byrne (b bet 1798-1799 AL) - 1830 Baldwin Co, AL 1840 Baldwin Co, AL 1870 Baldwin Co, AL 1880 Baldwin Co, AL (haven't looked at the images for 1870 & 1880 yet, but intend to do so pretty quickly) Gerald married Mary Mills 11 Oct 1824 in Mobile Co, AL according to AL Marriages to 1825. Have been conducting research on Stapletons in this county and have gotten interested in the Byrne family of the same location. There was one intermarriage between the Stapletons & the Byrnes that I am aware of which took place in 1871. Hannah Byrne (b 1845 AL) married Wilton L Stapleton 27 Feb 1871 in Baldwin Co, AL. Wilton (b 1841 Baldwin Co, AL) was the son of Morris & Joice (Joyce) Stapleton of Baldwin County. Believe based on census records that Hannah was the daughter of Peter C Byrne, son of Thomas Byrne mentioned previously.
