Hi I am new to this list. Wishing all readers best holiday greetings. I am looking for parents and siblings of my great-great James Murphy b. 1801 (SC or NC) d. 1870. Also looking for any connection that would link him up with Moses Murphy who was also in Mobilearound the same time. 1850 census shows him living in Mobile. He married Margaret Farve', dtr. of Simon Favre. His children settled in and around Pearlington, MS. He is buried in the Murphy cemetary at Napoleon, MS. THanks. Sharon Murphy [email protected]
