The Matthew I have would be a grandson of Wm. Price, rather than a son. I only have the name Matthew, and not John Matthew. It could be John Matthew and I just don't have that info yet. The Matthew Goff in my files was born in 1808 in Bullock Ga., married Mary Ann King in Jackson Ms. and one of their sons was named Matthew Goff, Jr. born in June 1847. This is the Matthew in my first post, married to Julia Jane Jones.
