David Marshall's mother is Mary Elizabeth Marshall, daughter of Sion Marshall. She was working in the household of George C. Scott as a servant when David (Jeff David) was born. She later married John B. Hidle, my g-grandfather. Jeff David (Dave as commonly known), married Susan Elizabeth Griggs (parents unknown).
