He moved to Ky or Tx abt 1840. he had son named JOhn Tom who died in Tx.Tom was born abt 1853. His sister nancy Winifred Mitchel married a Southers. I really need to find names of Gideon or Goldens siblings. They were originally from Texas. Possibly somewhere around Lamar co or palo Pinto TX. G. Mitchel was born in AL abt 1822. At one time a researcher thought she had him on reserve in Marshall county AL..But I never found out anymore abt it. He was a indian. BUt all the children married whites and lived hite from then on.
