James & Eva had 10 known children: John W., James, David, George Henry, Sarah, Mary, Frank Henry, Oliver, Alice, and Unknown RIDGEWAY. 2. Elizabeth H. RIDGEWAY [b. 1835 SC] m. George EVANS, s/o Thomas J. & Catherine (GROSS) EVANS. George & Elizabeth lived in Marshall County, AL. George & Elizabeth had 3 known children: John W., Henry B., and Alice F. EVANS. 3. Elmira A. RIDGEWAY [b. 1838 AL] m. Thomas J. GROSS, s/o Abraham & Rebecca (FRENCH) GROSS. Thomas & Elmira lived in Jackson County, AL and moved to Burleson County, TX around 1870. After Elmira's death in 1874, Thomas & family moved back to Jackson County, AL. Thomas & Elmira had 5 known children: Jesse H., Albert H., Jenny B., Emma A., and William Jasper GROSS. Also, David C.
