I am interested in any information on GG Grandfather Woodson (Woody) or WJ Strickland. I am waiting for census soundex and social security applications. As I wait can anyone help: Here is verified information: Son Ewart (my GGFather born 1898 Alabama, newspaper article said Marshall County). Death certificate says 23 October 1898 Alabama. Married Sara A. Irvin in New York City 1921 after Ewart graduated from West Point in 1920. Woody was alive August 1922 and lived in Albertville Ala. Woody's first wife Etna Jackson. (Death certificate Ewart and oral interviews) Woody's second wife a "Miss Jessie" who was a school teacher and married Woody "after the boys were grown" (Family Photos.) Woody had a sister named Mag. Unverified: Possible others sons Ewell, Harold (maybe called Henry)? Or there was a Henry. Mag may have married an Ellis Judson. One of the children may have been named Mary. (Family Photo) Any leads appreciated as I wait for census etc. Susan
