Searching for the parents/family of Eliza E. Tipton that married James R. Sutton (Indian Jim). Martha apparently died between 1865-1868. James R. (Indian Jim)'s parents were John C. Sutton and Martha Tipton. Martha was supposedly a full-flooded Cherokee from GA. They were in Marshall Co. by 1850. Seems strange that both women had same last names of Tipton. Any info appreciated.
